Cirgraphics Basic UV Laboratory System
Designed for use in "IN PLANT" applications and areas where simple quality control and colour matching are required.

This compact unit is self-contained and runs from the domestic power supply. The six inch (152mm) wide, variable speed conveyor belt is made from stainless steel and requires no adjustment for tracking.

The unit has a single, medium pressure UV lamp rated at 200 watts per inch (80 watts per cm.) with a switch to select half power. The lamp is mounted in a highly polished aluminum reflector fitted in a shielded lamp housing. Cooling and extraction is by means of an integral fan contained inside the lamp housing.

Other controls include On/Off switch, conveyor speed control, and emergency stop.

All electrical controls are contained in the body of the conveyor so no remote control cabinet is required.

Designed for use in research and development applications and areas where quality control checks need to be more accurately matched to press conditions.

The lamp is mounted in a highly polished aluminum reflector fitted in a shielded lamp housing. Cooling and extraction is by means of an integral fan contained inside the lamp housing.

Other controls include, On/Off switch, conveyor speed control, digital conveyor speed meter, lamp hour counter, lamp power meter and emergency stop.

Cirgraphics Two Lamp UV Laboratory System Type DL2.
The DL2 is designed for Ink and Coating Manufacturers formulating materials for multi lamp production units.

The system has two lamps rated at 120 watts per cm.

Individual lamp and multi power selection switches allow the user maximum flexibility.

Controls include power selection switches, lamp power meters and lamp hour counters for each lamp. The variable speed conveyor control is linked to a digital speed meter.

All Cirgraphics UV Laboratory Systems are fitted with medium pressure mercury arc lamps. Gallium and iron doped lamps are available on request for use with specialised formulations.
